She still has to appear to the Bible, and Bible always says that a man should be in a position to take care of a female, because what happens is when a rabbit has the gun and the female is in charge, then she feels like she has rulership. It tends to be that you have some women that are gracious, but for the most part, ultimate power corrupts, as they say. Sometimes that happens to our females more when they're in that position.
