And if we keep our head under the blanket of the past for sure, we can never clearly live where we have made it now and now we are in this world to make each other happy and increase the suffering of human beings. I know I have made mistakes and know that others have to. And everyone has regrets that they can't forget that they can't let go of. They just need to let go and move on in their life. We should do nothing to ourselves for those regrets
