Thank you for this, Neelima. My question would be about especially with regard to the field of communications, which is becoming more and more generalist by the day and so are other domains such as marketing and perhaps HR to a certain extent. So how can we rise to the challenge of being expected to become generalists instead of specializing in certain niche roles as earlier? Would love to hear from you on that
