Film Review of "The Owners" release 2020

Not one of them is likable, so you really don't care if they die or not, which is a big thing with these type of films. It's a bit of a slow burn, but it picks up as we start to see the layers peeled back on this unassuming older couple that are trapping these criminals in their home. There are a few gruesome moments. The build up is pretty intriguing enough to keep your interest. The acting is decent

Quick film review of the new home invasion thriller " The Owners" some consider it the British version of Don’t Breathe

She was the stereotypical girlfriend that has failed to set proper boundaries with a loser boyfriend in the beginning. When we see, he's borrowed her car and she needs to get to work and stuff. She's not even supposed to be in this situation and finds herself in a night of insanity because again, she failed to set boundaries with this loser of hers. And so I kind of found her interesting that way. But the rest of them, I agree

But it was just such an insane ending that it just kind of was like a dream WTF moment. Like, you know, Jeez kind of insane. But yeah, like you said, it's kind of like a time filler film if you want to just throw it in on a rainy day to kill time. So exactly. Good point. Thanks for listening to my reviews again. I'll have more up soon and continue to listen. Please. I appreciate the support. Thanks
