Hello, Nazia. How are you doing? I'm so happy that I could hear that you are with a good knowledge and good speaks and so happy for all of that. I am ivied, and I am actually working on my own manner, and my inventions and swell have a different kind of knowledge, and I teach, actually about how to enter the reality world which exists inside the mind. And I have a lot of inventions and technologies that actually invented by myself

While I've done a multiple workshops where how does your brain respond, where's your amygdala, where is your cortex, how it responds, how it closes from responding to people, connecting with people, and a lot of stuff. So I think I would be more than happy if we could create a platform for everybody here and we all could join in. I think that would be lovely. So the first subject I want you to join me imagine inside your mind that your hand inside your hand there is ice. So you need to put the ice cube inside your hand. So in the next image I want you to put the ice scoop inside your leg and imagine these two images as they're going to take you to the reality world inside your mind
