"The Ring" By : Natasha Noel

article image placeholderUploaded by @NatashaNoel
For years I've held on to the hope that you'd be mine but the ring on your finger is a constant reminder a sign that you belong to another and I'm just a dream a secret love that can never be seen. I know you've promised me that you'll be free, that you'll divorce her and make a life with me. But the ring on your finger speaks louder than words, a symbol of a commitment that still stings and hurts every time I see you wearing it

You're. Oh, Natasha. There is so much emotion in this piece. It is aching. Just heartbreaking and so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this

Hey, thank you so much for your comments and compliments, and I appreciate that. I really do. Yeah, this piece to me is very heart wrenching and personal and not only just on that level, but I know so many people it could apply to, and yeah. Thank you. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your time and thoughts. Thanks. Bye

This piece was so amazing. Absolutely amazing, because of the raw transparency. I love the ability that poetry gives us to emote in such a real way and absolutely share the deepest thought processes within our mind and the themes that we go through that others may not be able to see on the surface, just seeing us for what we are when we go through our daily walk

I've seen some not a lot of in poetry books, so we'll see how that goes. I'm not going to speak bad words over it. I'm not going to do that. I hope that it sells. I hope that people see it. I try to be realistic, but I'm trying to teach myself to believe what I want to happen
