And when I got off that meeting, which was about making videos for social media, I spent the rest of that day, which was a Thursday and all of Friday. All of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, yes, thinking about how I wanted to handle social media because suddenly I felt like it had taken all my brain space. And I am known in our group for being the one who'll try anything and I do within reason

Hey. Welcome back to swell. It's it's nice to hear your voice again. And I totally I totally get it. I do the same from time to time with social media. It's it's important. But I like Swell because the level of conversation is really deeper and more interesting, I find, at least. So, yeah, welcome back. I'm I'm excited to hear more from
