Hurt! Don’t we all feel this emotion? Here’s a swell to understand hurt and what to do about it.

Hurt. It's so prominent, it hinders our process of living life. It takes away the good feeling from us and gives us a hell load of negative feelings. It's not easy to move on. But why me? Why is it always me? We ask that question a lot of times to ourselves, don't we? It's because we deserve it. Maybe it's us taking the hurt more than anyone else, giving it to us with effort, we start to feel distant

So a lot of the hurt that we go through, I think it is to a great extent a result of that. A result of unmet expectations, unfulfilled desires, and just putting people on a higher pedestal than they deserve to be put on. So yeah, I guess we can definitely train our mind in this regard. We can somehow stay prepared for such incidents, such instances where we feel hot, which make us feel hot. And I think the best way probably would be to lower our expectations

I'm being mental health expert, I definitely am on the path of trying to reach somewhere in terms of some level of expertise. But of course, it's a lifelong journey to keep learning.
