Hi. Also, it's very important for everyone to recognize the importance of maintaining our health mentally as well as physically. And I really love this point. Treat your body like a holy temple. And I strongly believe that until or unless your mind are in body are supporting each other, you can't fulfill the things that you aimed for. You can't complete the things that you have decided. So coordination between your body and the mind is much important in dealing with any kind of situation
