Free Flow: Burn Out and What am i doing?
Since I work in nonprofit, is it nonprofit burnout that we always undergo go to feel our worth? Or is it that I have got into my career stage realizing that I will not move from the ladder and I got into the highest place that could be. In addition, I think I haven't set healthy boundaries with work. I don't know. And I've been reflecting what should I do next? And I feel paralysis. Maybe sphere of not thinking beyond
