We are going to understand, we are going to listen, we are going to empathize, we are going to have an honest and genuine conversation. We are not going to put forth our argument all the time. So this happens only when you're talking. And it has to be an open ended kind of talk when you're talking, because in debate, you can't have an open ended conversation. You're just going to talk about your narrative
