Forgiveness is the virtue of the brave. Let's contemplate

We also come at that point in our life where we are hurt or we have hurt someone. And the moment we are hurt by someone, we try to try to make a barrier with that person, try not to talk. We also don't let go of the incident or the hurt. And I realize that it can only affect the person who is hurt. So in order to move on, in order to move forward in life, we have to forgive people

When it comes to people in the close quarters, people in the family, I forgive them. Because the thing is, if you don't forgive them the thing is that let's say if they have done something major in the past and they have hurt me most of the times in familial spaces, people don't hurt you deliberately, they are dealing with their own shit so it just gets filled over you. Or sometimes they also do it deliberately

Hi, Aditi. Yeah, I agree to the fact that yes, forgiveness is the virtue of the brave and it takes lot of strength to forgive those who have caused pain in your life. From my own personal experience, yes, I do forgive. I don't take much time and I don't try to carry the baggage of pain with myself because s that used to hurt me a lot and it used to hamper my peace of mind. So I used to forgive for myself

And that is essentially what I realized a week ago when I was there at the beach contemplating about the real thing and panned out in my own entire life, right from the age of 16 till probably now that I'm 34. And I was just wondering of how things had gone and all of that. And I did feel a lot of pain inside, a lot of grief inside, a lot of sadness
