It really did affect them. And I have apologized to them over and over again because I was in circumstances that it trickled down to them and it made it seem as though even though I loved them, our circumstances didn't show that I respected that love. It showed that I couldn't handle things, and I really couldn't mentally. I was just in a whole other realm of just drowning all the time, every day, fight or flight
