Now when we say if I could live my life again so we are thinking that if we get back the moments that we lived how can we live again? That means, most of the time what we basically do is we either spoil our present thinking about our past or we spoil our present thinking about what happens in the future. So in this dilemma or confusion of past and future we forget to live in the present
