Windows of Understanding Part 1
I don't desire to hear music that wasn't feeding me or wasn't giving me a different perspective or I didn't want to hear music that talk about sex and had a lot of cussing in it. I didn't care because my mind changed. My windows wasn't foggy anymore. I wanted to keep them that way by directing everything that I hear and see differently

Hi, I just wanted to say I appreciated your message and I liked the analogy with the window cleaner. I thought that was very insightful and I just wanted to add a little bit on to what you were discussing because I think that is something that I also see in working in mental health. There is is so many people come in and they just have this dark mindset and it just kind of from more of a human perspective, even though we know it has a spiritual basis
All our mental and spiritual walk is actually to meet one to others, it might be something different, but we all are different.
