Even though God knew Elijah felt the way he did, he didn't just feed Him once, he did it twice. Because he knew that sometimes we need comfort. More than once. He knew that the feeling of feeling lost and hurt and depressed comes in and goes like ways. So he comforted him. And sometimes that's all we need and in life is some comfort. And God can do that for us. Leaning on God sometimes is hard, even on our worst day
