Stillness may be something you don't like, because in the stillness it's just you and God. It's just you and your emotions. And many things we bury because we are afraid to deal with. But when we are alone, we are with God. Allow Him to dig that out of you to society. Your bitterness, your rage, your anger. Allow God's peace to shine a light on you. Prayer
