I realized for me to heal I must stop blaming, stop placing blame and shame on others to say yes, I did this because I wanted to, or I did this because I got distracted. We have to stop with excuses to start picking up our cross and say no to the Skuses, no to the same shame and step into the light and say god, I need help to take ownership of my sins and my wrongs
