I used to get scared by the thought of people leaving me. So I was very people pleasing. But now I have understood by living alone, by being at. Times when I was most vulnerable. And those times being alone has taught me that I can be alone. I can be happy with myself. Now I don't feel any neediness towards any person. And I have also stopped forcing relationships.
