Well, it turns out that one of their electrical lines that they own that PG and e owns themselves either wasn't grounded properly or wasn't covered properly or was it manufactured correctly and a tree fell on it and it caused a wildfire and burned over 1 million acres and a whole bunch of people took them to court and now they are having to file for chapter eleven bankruptcy and they are required to give these people a billion dollars
