Good morning. Well, community, it's Adilma. Wow, it's been a really productive weekend for me. I had a friend come over. We've been trying to, you know, have some me time, have some us time. As you all know, I've suffered some major losses within the past two years. And within those past two years, I also lost a very good friend, a man I considered my little brother
And their reactions to what they go through is not going to be the same as me, you, or anyone else. It's how they process and deal with things. It may feel distant to others and it may feel personal, but to be honest with you, it has nothing to do with you. It's how a person is processing their grief or the changes in their life, or they're processing how they react
I cherish my relationships because I know what it's like to lose relationships, especially close ones. I'm excited about this journey I am on. I am looking forward to where it's going to take me in the present time

Someone is helpful to someone else who's listening in, whether they comment or not, but someone is tuning in and is saying, okay, so I can carry on to tomorrow, I can carry on to the next moment of the day, even though at times this is confusing, uncertain and stressful and all of the other things. So just thank you for that
