And it's hard between trying to divide myself into so many human beings that I can possibly be from getting up in the morning, getting the kids ready, making breakfast, dropping them off at daycare, going off about my day, and getting back and picking them up from daycare. I know as single mothers, we sometimes forget to really just stop and sit down and to take a look around us and really not

I remember when my children were small, how a moment just sitting in the car, thinking about nothing but self was so important for me. It helped me maintain some type of decorum or sanity before I went into the house. Not to say my house was chaotic, but when you have three young sons and they're playing sports and they're hungry and they need your attention, and it can be overwhelming
