I Am Part of the Little Treat Culture!

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
Aren't you going to have difficult days? Does every difficult day require a treat? Does every great report card from your child require some type of reward? Should they get a reward for cleaning their rooms? Should they get a reward for helping out with chores around the house? Should they get a reward because they did not cry when they got their flu shot?

And I know not everybody looks at it that way. Not everybody has gotten to that point. I'm sure I wasn't, like, I didn't think that way when I was much younger myself. But it's a blessing and I'm blessed to see it. So do I get a reward for living through it? I don't think so, you know, but, yeah, I think it could

Hi, Tanya. Thank you for inviting me to this swell. As we get older, we realize that the treat is within what we do. And I learned a little bit of this when I was reading atomic habits. Sometimes we have delayed rewards. You know, we're working out and we're exercising now, and we don't see it tangibly, at least not for a while, as to what it's doing for us
