American Woman Detained In Dubai due to disagreement over a rental vehicle
Hey, swellcast family. I hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday so far. So there is a story that has been circulating around about a Houston woman named Tierra Young Allen, otherwise known as the Sassy trucker on Instagram. She is a young black woman that drives an 18 wheeler, and she's known for taking some risque photos with her 18 wheeler, but also bringing attention to the fact that women now entering the trucking industry, which has historically been dominated by men

And that's true. In spite of it all, we do have certain rights and freedoms here that in other countries we just don't have. That's just the reality of it. And in many countries, in some countries, particularly that one, women are probably not as free to express themselves even verbally

Unless it's something like Mexico or Canada, somewhere that borders I don't know, or somewhere that's similar to America, like the UK, somewhere like that. But going to Far Eastern, Middle Eastern countries, you have to just be very aware. And a lot of times people don't have an awareness. They just go places and they just think because they're hot in America, they're going to be hot everywhere they go, and that's not the case

Thank you so much for another wonderful swell. See, this is why I don't go out of the country and I'm not scared like that. But it is terrifying, actually to know that a country that you want to visit does not have the same rules as you. You know, this could have been me in Dubai because I would have went off too, depending on what he said to her. And women over there basically have no rights
