Even if they had a good business plan, you follow the pattern. Banks also have billions of dollars, but go to the bank and ask them for $4,800 and what do they want? They want to know you have at least double, at least double, maybe triple that in assets for one, two, they're going to look at your credit and see what you've done with other people's money in the past

The fact that my sister was not responsible, and so my parents did not want my niece and nephew to suffer the consequences of my sister's bad decisions, and so they would do a lot of things for her. And when I was young, I didn't really understand it

Nobody ever was like, well, we borrowed this money from him, so here's the money. And that's the thing that people don't talk about, right? Because they don't want to talk about that part of it. They just want to talk about that
