Are WFH jobs making us complacent?

But I wanted to come on this morning and talk about work from home jobs and if they are making us complacent. I've been working from home since 2010. I am a professional coding consultant and I was working from home before it was popular to work from home. And once my employer went to an electronic medical record system, it allowed us to be able to work remotely because we no longer had to be in the place where the medical records are

And so when I began to look for jobs, I only applied for those that were either work from home or a hybrid schedule because I had that option. So I'm like, I'm not applying for nothing that says full time in the office. So having that flexibility is great. But overall, yeah. To be honest, when I read your title hasn't made us complacent, I thought you were going to go from the other angle of people working from home and maybe gaining weight

@DearAuntyAng

So when I can be around people, that's when I'm really at my best. I work from home, of course, because that's the shift that our employer decided to take with these jobs, even after the pandemic, because we could have been back at work by now, and I honestly thought we would be. But no, our employer has decided we work best from home, and so they're leaving us here. But yes, you can definitely become lazy
