Why do we try to maintain dark hair as long as possible? And there are even some men who are just like, no, I'm not ready. I'm not ready. I'm ready to dye my beard. I'm ready to dye my hair. I'm not ready to embrace the gray. Is it because of society's view on gray hair? Because the Bible says that the gray haired are the wise ones. They deserve honor

And I had them laughing because I was like, I look older than both of you all with my gray hair and you all dying now I look older than both of you all. And I'm actually the youngest. And so we all got a big laugh out of it. My children have been trying to get me to dye my hair for years. I have been chemical free, though, no chemicals in my hair for about 20 years now

I'm going to just let it grow in. We don't gray early, but interestingly, my daughter, she's 18, and she has a couple of gray hairs in her head right now. Okay. So now my daughter's going to play her music. Okay. But anyway, I think that society thinks we're old and useless and that they shouldn't listen to us because they're young and youthful
But I had that patch, like, two quarters, and I would just part my hair there and people I got complimented on it all the time until it just kept growing and growing and growing. Now it's all over. But for me, it's a mess, but for a woman, I think it's amazing. I think it's amazing

And when I see a woman with gray hair, I think, oh, wow, you know, she's she's she's older, you know, somebody I should respect, somebody I should maybe even get to know. Like I said, my grandmother's hair was white, and she looked so beautiful. So if I could be anything like my grandmother, when all of my hair finishes turning, I'm going to be grateful, because she was beautiful and I hope to be just like her

Dying hair is not an extreme, but I'm just saying they'll go to different extremes to try to maintain that youthful look. And hair color is one area where a lot of women don't want to go gray. My business coach actually decided to go gray. She's 50, and she just decided, man, forget all this, because, like you said, those gray hairs, they're rebellious

In fact, young women want to dye their hair gray before they even go gray. That was a trend at one time where girls were dyeing their hair gray. But I think it looks beautiful on all women. I don't think there's a single woman out there that couldn't go gray. You might have to do your makeup differently. You might have to style yourself a little bit, style your hair differently to really complement the gray

But but yeah, I think that grace should be embraced, period. The Bible embraces the gray haired as the wise, the ones that deserve honor because of age. And our society has just become so youth centric. It used to be a time where aging was seen as beautiful. It was admirable. It was honorable. You wanted to hear the wisdom of the elders because they lived through some things, they had some experiences, they've learned some valuable lessons that they can impart onto younger generations

And I've seen a lot of beautiful actresses. I don't know if she's the one in your picture, but her name is Rolanda. She was in Country Wayne's videos and Rolanda is in her fifty s and she's fully gray. And she's absolutely stunning with gray hair. She would be like goals for women going gray because her hair is stunning. She's beautiful. Her skin is absolutely flawless. She's got a beautiful body and she takes excellent care of herself
And I knew the confidence was attractive, but now listen to you all talk about self care and self love. To see somebody that loves themselves that much or cares for themselves that much, I don't know, it says something to me. I haven't really thought about it, thought about it, but I know it's attractive, you know what I mean?
