Why do Black People have to be "Urban"?

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
He's the dude that be wearing the beats headphones know, in the black community. He's from Oakland, California. And so I guess I wonder sometimes why is there such pressure for black people to always have to be urban? Because me, I grew up in a black community but we were middle class and it was what would be considered a suburban community

In fact, speaking of differences, I'm into animes and mangas, which I mentioned often on here. There's not many black women who are in that arena, but they're I mean, the numbers are climbing of black people who enjoy Japanese comics, japanese animations, gaming, cosplaying. Black people are just like anyone else. We have varied interests. I'll be back with a second response to this. Bye

But again, these guys, they thought she would just hang her head low and become a bitter baby mama, and she didn't. She had maybe, like, one song, I think, or one or two songs that expressed her hurt feelings, but she moved on. And that's what the Enemy don't want, right? Because we can take this spiritual. He don't want, you know, clean up your act. He don't want you to accept love where love is

So I think what's going on here is a lot of the other brothers in the room look at him and say, wait a minute, man. Why is this so easy for him? How did he pull Sierra? How did he get with Sierra? Shouldn't this be the dude who is, know, dating the librarian or dating the frumpy looking girl with the coke bottle glasses? But no, he's doing better than know he's with Sierra

Those who like I mean, the friends that I have and the friends that I've had, we literally listen to everything. If the music is good, I'm playing it. That's just what it know in the morning. My husband. He plays Cheryl Crowe. Okay. And what's her name? Katie Lang. And then towards the evening time, we're listening to Duele or some old school hip hop. You know what I'm saying?

I know they are, but I first heard about it through black people. So I think it's great that you highlighted some interests, though, that typically black people would not be involved with. And it just goes to show you how diverse we are as a culture. Not just in our style or any of that, but just in our interests and the things that attract us. The things that draw us and that we find great pleasure in being involved in. It varies so much

He gave her a life of comfort, that soft life that a lot of women talk about, they want. He's kind of given her that. I mean, she still has her own career and does her own thing, but it's not like she has to get out here and do this in order for them to be okay. He takes care of their family and he's helped her to level up in a lot of ways, business wise and investment wise

Hey, SIS. I listen to everything, too, and I always have, even as a child. I was a classically trained musician as a child. So I was exposed to a lot of classical music, a lot of operas, a lot of arias, a lot of chamber music, and that sort of thing, because I was a violinist violist for all my childhood up to adulthood. And so I was exposed to a lot of different music

You're dating Sierra, you're trying to marry her, and you take a poem that you saw written from someplace else, and you give it to her, and then you use something that you found written as your wedding vows. I mean, come on, man. If you can't speak from your heart to a woman that you're supposed to love, then you need to not marry this woman. Russell. Is he's plastic? He's Mr. Plastic man

You don't want to go out there on Sunday and expect to get the most out of people that don't really like you because you don't believe you need to have any type of connection with them. I agree with then, you know, too, with the Broncos, they did some things for Russ that the average quarterback does not get. For one, he gets his own office, and at the team headquarters, he gets his own office

Hey, Tanya. Yeah? I know I'm a little bit late responding to your response. I'm just now seeing it, but I know exactly how you feel. The friends that I had that were non black, I remember just being so comfortable around them in school. As far as what I wore and the way I spoke, it was just very comfortable

Why do Black People have to be Urban.

My whole point is they have to have press conferences, they need to have their agents do press releases that I'm doing this, I'm doing that. And on the other hand, you have those they don't want the publicity. They want to remain completely in the background. They don't want to be noticed. I'll put it that way. So, yes, there are two things
