Just for fun: How often do you change your pajamas?

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
Even if you take a shower, it's still not hygienic because of that has collected in the fabric and the material of your sleeping attire. So swell cast family, how often do you change your sleeping attire? Do you change a new set every night? Do you go for three or four nights a week, or do you go for as long as possible without changing your sleeping attire? Only when you have to. Let's hear what you have to say

I especially not now when it's, like, the summertime and it's hot. And even with the fun and the air conditioner on, you still sweat. Same thing with my sheets, though. I only sleep in my sheets, like, three nights, maybe, max, and then I change them. Yeah, I can't do it. It's just I don't know, just a personal thing. Like, it just grosses me out. I can't

Hi, Tanya. So, yes, people's sleeping habits generally gross me out, which is why when we talk about people wearing bonnets and pajama pants on the outside, I think that they probably should not even be wearing that to bed, much less on the outside for the public to see. So most folks are nasty, I was going to say happens to have a very regimented sleep hygiene routine, if you will

But it depends on what kind of trip I'm going on, too, because I might want to change it every day. But on the average, if I'm home by myself, I don't even wear pajamas if I'm home by myself, because I like to relax, I like to be free, so to say. But, yeah, that's an interesting topic, because I know sometimes people keep them things on forever, and then they're all sour and all that

So thank you for responding. Since I've gotten older, I have become more and more of a germaphobe, even when it comes to my house. I just get so triggered at the idea of there being dirt or anything collecting in my house, dust, any of that stuff. And so I find myself upsweeping dusting a lot throughout the day because I just can't stand it. But, yeah, pajamas. No, I am not wearing pajamas, the same pajamas for a week straight

Hey, Casey. I'm over here laughing because I can hear the cringe in your voice. It's like but yes, I'm like you. One to two wears. That's my Max. That's all that gets. I will go out and buy more sleepwear before I continue to wear the same one make for a month. I would just go out and buy some more and then just rotate it out. It's not that serious, but, yeah. I agree with you 100%

Hey says, I agree with everything you said. Totally, completely agree with everything you said, especially about the quilts. I have learned that quilts are the most comfortable bedding for me. I recently got a comforter set for my bed, and I kept waking up in the middle of the night just feeling like I was on fire, and I realized that this quilt just isn't going to work. Maybe in the fall

I'll wash everything regularly. I don't know why sleepwear would be any different at all. Throw it in with your regular laundry and be done with it. Buy more. If you're short of sleepwear, buy more sleepwear. Don't just keep wearing the same thing over and over again. Go get you some sleepwear if you need it. These little castan things, I get them at Burlington or Ross for like, $9 apiece

So then those pajamas get tossed to the other side of the bed, and I go to bed or in the couch in my bedroom, or on the side of the tub in my bathroom, but I do not sleep with pajamas on. So when I get up in the morning to do my morning routine, then I'm putting on my gym clothes, and my pajamas are where I left them the night before until the next day when I return after work, so on and so forth

I mean, it is better than it normally that it would be if we were just to get into bed after a long day. I just can't. I can't get into bed dirty. I just can't do that. I have to be clean. I have to go to sleep knowing that I did my part to clean my body before I went to bed so that maybe I'm not shedding quite as many skin coles it in my sleep
