From A Business Back to a 9-5: Are we moving backwards?

I don't have things that I need to be able maintain a healthy and supportive lifestyle. I just want to encourage you. If you have to make the choice to go back to your job, then do not allow yourself to feel ashamed or embarrassed. Be grateful you have a job to go to. Be grateful that you can transition between business and work and that you don't have to do one or the other. Be encouraged

It's being that I am a blue collar worker, I am not an entrepreneur. But I'm curious. Did you start a business and you had to go to a nine to five? I don't know if I ever heard you say that yet, so I'm just curious about that. And if so, what business were you doing dollars and how is life with nine to five now?

I have a friend who is quite the brilliant engineer, but when her company downsized and she needed some work, she was working like part time at Ups and it simply wasn't enough for her and the family. And she got a job at McDonald's. And yes, she felt some embarrassment as her friends and neighbors and church members would come through the drive through. But you know what? She did what she had to do for her family. My son did the same thing

They do talk about from time to time giving it another try, but I think for the most part, the stability that they have found in a nine to five and the ease of being able to go to work and not have to create the business that you need in order to succeed. I think that makes a difference as well. So thank you so much for responding

Because, let's face it, especially on social media, everybody makes you believe that being an entrepreneur is the gold standard. And when you attain that, that's when you really have made it, because you are now a business owner. And so, of course, people want to succeed, and they'll do whatever it takes to succeed

But in a financial look at things, I was patient, but maybe two years, it never gave me what I and I was so stressed out. I was stressed out about, like you said, closing it and having that image and failing until you get to a point where you don't care. And I closed it, and I could have kept it open because it was online, but you have to be available
