And ever since I've been on this plan, which has been since March 4, I have seen a tremendous transformation. My blood pressure has gone down to normal without any extra stuff that I've done on my part, except follow this plan. My blood pressure has gone down. My blood sugar numbers are back to normal. My a, one c dropped. My weight, of course, has dropped. And my belly, even my belly has gotten flatter. It's gone down

And it's interesting because there's this ebook in the free library app that's called the anti inflammatory diet that I kept coming across for a few months now. So I finally downloaded it after listening to your swell. And the first thing it mentions in the book is that anti inflammatory or inflamed simply means stressed. So over the years, our bodies become stressed as we get older, insulin not working too good in us and things like that

Hey, Erika, thank you so much for your response, you know, to your last point, I'm sorry, got distracted for a second. To your last point about how we have increased the amount of processed foods that we eat and the frequency of it. That was me. That was me

I think it's one of the best things to do because, like I said, you know, what's in your food? I wish I had chickens because I have my own eggs. I wish I had, you know, pigs and stuff. I'd have my own pork and stuff. I wish I had a farm, actually, where I could go and sit and do all these things, but I can't

Hey, Tanya, there's a saying, let food be thy medicine, and medicine thy food. This is why I absolutely love looking into just foods that help with insulin and that prevents and helps to manage my insulin troubles and anti inflammatory foods and other helpful foods, because I notice when I eat foods like that, my blood glucose numbers do look better. Like, for lunch today, by request, my husband and I, we had the avocado tuna meal from the diabetes code cookbook

Inflammation 🔥

And that was because of the foods I was eating, because that's what, that's what he said. That's what he revealed to me, is the foods you eat and then the sugar intake. Because when it comes to sugar, only thing I use sugar with is my coffee. And so what I did was I put it down to I started using brown sugar, or I started, I started, went to, I went to Drake's Joe and started using like, a coconut sugar
