Flashback: I should’ve taken a break between churches

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
I would have taken time to just be quiet before him and to allow him to speak to my heart and to order my steps and direct me to give me clarity on everything that just went down. And so I regret, in some ways, just hopping up and going to church the next day because I think it hindered my healing more than it helped it

If I'm kind of visiting, and that's okay. I mean, I've served in church for many years, so I probably will find somewhere to serve sooner rather than later. But I don't believe in just going to receive. I do believe in pouring back. However, like I said, I will look forward to just kind of getting my footing and kind of figuring out. And of course, I'm not leaving because of church hurt this time, thank God

Something our church. And I remember at that moment, it just felt wrong. Not wrong, because I wasn't supposed to be there, but it just felt wrong. Like, no, you're not supposed to say that. It's not time for you to say that yet. You've not been here long enough to say that yet. And it just felt weird in that moment. And a weird feeling came over me because I never thought I would be calling another church my church

So those things that happen to us, like in the church, it can affect our whole life. And so I recently spoken on here a couple a little bit ago, because your hashtag is healing and mine was healing as well. And I learned that we have to heal in order to fully operate in what God has called us to be

Even though it may not have even come from a place of prayer or revelation, it may have just come from their flesh. And this is what they said, but it's just not mixing the two. So thank you so, so much for bringing that out, because if you don't know, then you don't know. And you know. And I thank you so much

Any Relationship Mishap Deserves a Recovery Period

And the same can be said for religions because the situation for people is, it's what they're looking for. You are searching for the answers. You're searching for that church or that person that's going to give you what you need. But that's when you stop and ask yourself, what is it specifically that you need? And then search for that

Why do I need this relationship? Ask yourself that question. And that's something that you really helped me with. And I'm going to definitely put that to perspective when I begin to continue to be a positive relationships, not only in business, but also in relationships with our family members and friendships and things. So I thank you so much, mama judge jungle, for that insight. You have a wonderful day, and I look forward to having more discussions with

When you visit churches, seek God because we'll know if he's in there. Because if you're born again, you have the spirit of God in you, you're going to know if you're in the right place or you're not in the right place. And so I just wanted to share that part. And like I said, this is a great discussion and I just want to thank you again for allowing me to share my input. And you have a great day. Bye
