Now on Friday nights when I know ain't got nowhere to be. Yeah, I might stay up till like midnight or 01:00 a.m. But that's because I get up a little later on the weekend. So I'm still getting seven, 8 hours of rest. But just start off small. And this really helps, too, when it comes to a chronic condition. I mean, there's just a number of things that could go topsy turvy in your life, but to have that one approach, especially something that would benefit you physically and mentally, like sleep or more water, basic things really do make a difference, and they're great for your overall well being because you made a promise to yourself that you would do something good and you've experienced the benefits of it. So again, I just wanted to say hey and say thank you so much for inviting me
