Fitness isnt everything, but everything is harder if you’re not fit!

I've done it all. I've done five K races. I've done things like that. So I've participated in fitness on a lot of different levels in a lot of different environments. And I can say what fitness has done for my life, even if I'm not thin. Fitness has been a huge benefit in helping me to go the distance when I need to go the distance. And so I don't think that we should forsake exercise

This is so true. And you've encompassed it in the perfect phrase. I really like this. This is a good one to come back to. My schedule is not very consistent, so it's good to remember this. And I don't have to feel bad about the type of fitness changing, but to always maintain a certain level is is really important for my health, I've found. And it has a huge impact. I mean, that's just physical and endurance type stuff
