They're not sitting on a lump of money. They don't have huge savings accounts. They have high amounts of debt. And so their debt to income ratio is high, probably because they have vehicles that they're financing

Everyone thinks, oh, if you're a doctor, you got this, you got that. You have to manage it much like everybody else. And of course, that salary only could go as far as the cost of living in your state. So that's a reality. But also, speaking of my friend who's a doctor, because she does have a beautiful home. She's got a doctor esque home. My mortgage, like I said, went up about 900 a month. Hers doubled

So could I probably stretch it and live a little bit more in New Jersey with cheaper tax? Hell yeah. I tell these California people all the time to move, take their cars and drive across the country to New Jersey. They'll get somewhere because they already got a damn car and they'll be fine with cheaper taxes. In some areas of Jersey, even the damn gas is cheaper too. So yeah, everybody should just live within their means, no matter the amount of money they make

But I think for people that they look at people that earn those types of salaries, and especially if you're not around those kinds of people, if you don't spend a lot of time around people that are like doctors and lawyers and Professional people, then you will have this illusion that these folks are, like, in a whole different sphere of life. When really, after working for doctors as long as I have sis, you and I both could be doctors

I have a friend now who lives in Jersey City. Jersey, I believe it's called, I think. Yeah. And I've been to New Jersey and New York as well. So, yeah, the cost of living sometimes influences people's decision to move and live in certain places. I know, because the cost of living here, not just in Virginia, not in the lower part of Virginia, but also North Carolina, South Carolina, there are lower costs of living in this area

And it seems to be, unfortunately, the psychiatrists that I come across, the three I could think of that sitting near my office. Man, you talk about some mopey, dopey people, which is not good.
