I'll use weight loss as an example because that's something that can speak to everyone universally. So when we're about to embark on a fitness or weight loss journey, we hit the desire phase first. And what's the desire phase? That's the part where we're excited, we're about to lose this weight. We're tired of being fat. We proclaim that this is the last year we're going to be fat and we're going to lose weight

I had cut out sugars and all this other stuff. And for three months, I did that. I hit the bike when I didn't want to get on the bike, meal prepped when I didn't want to meal prep. Just doing all the things that technically, in a way, I was already doing. But now I'm really having to do it on the best days and the worst days. But you know what?

Hi, Tanya. This is very good teaching. I've never heard of the three DS desire, discipline and delight. But it makes a lot of sense. It makes a lot of sense. And as soon as you started talking, I started thinking about relationships. And I know a lot of singles. We have this fantasy of what we wanted to be. Like the pictures for the gram and having a plus one when you go to events and that's the desire

Hello, Tanya. Thanks for inviting me to this conversation and my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I have not been feeling well, meaning that I had a COVID again for the third time. It looks like a COVID relax my body. I don't know what's wrong. I don't know when and where and how I got it, but I got it. And I really been struggling with that for days
