And some of it had to do with the fact that I was comfort eating a lot, emotional eating a lot of. A lot of it had to do with me not really wanting to cook as much, just wanting to eat out. And I was eating out a lot and spending a lot of money on eating out. And so I started having serious blood pressure issues

And this is where everything is. This is where all the workouts are. This is where all the communication takes place. This is where they post the workouts for the week and the meal plan and all that stuff is posted there. So the way the meal plan works is, some people would call it a strict keto diet. They remove dairy, they remove bread. All processed stuff is removed from this eating plan. You can't have pork. You can have beef. You can have chicken

I have loved every minute of it, and I thank God every day for helping me to find something that would help me to lose weight, because this would be considered, like a metabolic reset, and I think that's what I needed. Having hypothyroidism, I've always been slow at losing weight. I've never lost weight at the pace of other people. And so to be ten pounds down in less than a month, I think is phenomenal for me

The main thing is that 90% of the time, the meals that I eat are mediterranean. And that helps me to cut back from having to count carbs and things like that. Because if you're on a diet where it's zero carbs or low carb. You don't have to count the carbs. So that takes the guesswork out of stuff. I love it. I know the main thing for me would be to increase my exercise
