I'm excited for all of these head coaching opportunities. Of course, this is black History Month, and it's a wonderful time to celebrate a significant mark within the NFL. As we're seeing diversity. We're seeing diversity even with the officiating referees. In fact, during the season this past year, we had all black officiating teams on the field. We had black coaches all up and down the sidelines

But I think over time, it really shows how much of a difference that made. I think that has a lot to do with it. I really do. But I don't think the impact was immediate. And I say that because it takes time to change culture, and I see that in the horse racing industry

But he has been a successful driver and hopefully his presence will open the door for more minority NASCAR drivers to come on the scene so that diversity can continue in all the different areas of sports. So thank you so much for this

They went, came to New York, took Steve Kerr, who was about to become, who agreed to be the head coach of the New York Knicks, said, we want you to have this job. Would you like this job? He went back and told Phil Jackson, who was the gym and president at the time, listen, I don't want to have anything to do with the Knicks. I'm going to go take this golden state job. Now he wins four NBA titles

Hey, so thank you so much for your response. I'm sorry. I'm just now getting back to you. Well, look at Demiko Ryans. They gave him the Texans. The Texans went into the playoffs pretty far. They got to the divisional round, I believe, and lost the Ravens. So, I mean, and they were a terrible team before he got there. They were a terrible team. And so he turned that team around and got them into the playoffs
