Haitania very tightly said that water comes to play a very big coles in contributing to our good physical health. But along with that, I would like to add one more point over here. That is in ayurveda system, they say that you should be consuming lukewarm water instead of very chilled or cold water. You should go all glucose water that you should be consuming throughout the day. And that would bring faster and better results on your body. All the best
