Hey, swell family. I hope you're continuing to have a great sunday. So the war continues to rage between amazon and its remote employees. These employees are determined they are not coming back to work. So during the pandemic, amazon allowed much of its staff to work remotely, and some people even got hired onto amazon during that time. So I'm sure that a work from home option was definitely a selling point for a lot of people who decided to apply for a job with amazon
So a part of me gets it, but I have never worked from home. So it's like the fact that they are still giving an option to work only three days in the office. Well, okay, let's talk about promotions. I'm not sure how much they get paid. What are these promotions like? A lot of times promotions are kind of bullshit, and it's not guaranteed if you're going to get the promotion

And then just the way you arrange your lifestyle, your lifestyle is now set to your work from home schedule and not your getting up and going into the office schedule. So for a lot of people, they would have to make some radical adjustments to get back into the office because their life is now set, their routine is set around them working from home
