And so I say that to say sometimes when I make answer those questionnaires, I feel a little uncomfortable in some ways because I don't want to be hired or interviewed just because I am black and this employer is looking to add racial diversity to their staff. I want to be hired for the job because I am qualified and I just so happen to be black. I don't want anyone from a majority culture to be denied employment simply because of their skin color
