Do We Celebrate Two-Parent Homes?

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
Well, you had your mom and your dad. Okay, I did. I didn't ask for that. That's just God's plan for my life. I grew up with two parents. People figure you don't have any excuses to not be successful in life because you have both your parents

It's. Thanks for inviting me to this. Well, SIS, well, I guess you answered your question. It's not normal. I mean, I don't know the statistics down to the numbers, you know, I'm saying about it, but most homes these days are broken. The father's not there or the mother's not there, so having a normal two parent household is not the norm anymore. And that's so sad

Only 26.7% of parents are single parents, so it's a little more than a quarter, one fourth of parents, or anywhere between 25% to 30%, if that's the stat you believe. And I'm sure there's more complication behind the numbers, so that's still not the majority of people, but it's way higher than other countries, is the way it's spun

But well, just to cut to the point, talking about the nuclear family, I would say that I support the people that are encouraged to achieve this nuclear family of two parents plus children. That is also the kind of family that I would like to achieve someday because I think it is very functional and that you can manage to raise your kids properly when you are inside that kind of family

You're rich, you're rich. And I'm like, no, I'm not rich. And I'm trying to prove to them that I know what a food stamp looks like and all that stuff. Please. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemies. But I will say this about again
