I cannot fought my demons because they did not force me to open their door. It was my choice to walk through, hoping I would leave without any scars. I allowed myself to be burned. I knew the possibilities of me getting hurt. I led myself astray, allowed myself to stand in my own way. I could have called to quit. Instead, I fought with my subconscious to stay. I walked through those flames permanently becoming addicted to the pain
