Procrastinating

It's like you put things off to the next day and the next day and the next day and the next thing, the whole week, the whole year has went by, and you have not accomplished anything. Procrastination is something that I would like to get rid of because there's definitely buzzkill, a major buzz kill. And when there's something that's affecting you and you know that it's affecting you and you're trying to move past it, it's hard

And I think I've named for myself that I'm used to a level of stress in my life, and so I think that I just kind of thrive in it. And I'm really working on being able to do, like, tiny steps. So for me, I make notes for myself because that's also satisfying to be able to cross something off a list. I'm not sure if that works for everybody, but that helps me. Even just, like, writing it down helps
