I think sometimes when we enter each day, it helps to organize a list of what we want to accomplish during the day. Whether that's your spirituality, your to do list, your long term goals, your business business, your work. Set a goal and knock it out. We're trying to pick up small W's

And I find that the more that I do that, the more I actually can take on and eventually get to the level of functioning that I'm happy with. So, yeah, this is huge. And I know that lists can stress some people out, but I think if you adapt them to your needs, they can be, like, the most satisfying and helpful thing

And before you know it, we have a list of ten things that we probably have done that day, and none of them involve checking in with yourself or doing something nice for yourself or just, again, just incorporating one small task that 100% benefits you and you only. And so I think that making the time to sit down and create, okay, what do I want to accomplish today?
