And that's just a fact of life, and you can't change it. Okay? So anyway, what do you think? Maybe you met someone who impressed the heck out of you? Or you have a story to share on how your hard work and patience helped you achieve what you have today. I'm really curious to hear your motivate me thoughts on this topic. Thank you

I'm currently in the midst of a six week container program with some fellow peers and we are pretty much exposing ourselves to things that would not be pleasant to experience. But we're learning stoicism and we're learning that suffering is good in way of something. Because no matter what, life is going to bring its own set of suffering, whether that's through self righteous attachment, anticipation or in the way of unexplained accidents

Just those couple of years I was going through that agony or suffering of patience and thinking to myself, everybody's ahead of me but me. But we all go through versions of that in life. And then the other thing you started talking about is how our communication really nowadays, especially with social media, I mean, ironically, you and I are using social media, right? But I think it has to be utilized in a respectful or I should say, well, yeah, respectful but responsible way

And I hope you don't mind the photo I included in my reply. Yes, that's me. For me, without having to go into a long, boring lifelong achievement dissertation, which I'm sure everyone else, I will spare everyone that information for me, it started in the military. I learned those things in the military, I learned discipline and focus. And you learn how to work hard to achieve a goal, and you learn about yourself, how to push yourself

I'll be honest, I wasn't in the military, and it took me a while after I turned 18 and even through college, to learn that sense of discipline. So anyone that enters the military at a young age, I think has a tremendous advantage, provided that they take advantage of the opportunities like this young man that I met did. And then second to that, like martial arts, also is a fantastic venue for learning that sense of discipline in life
