Someone who's going to kind of remind you and be there for you and kind of motivatemeu you. Last but not least, you have to properly manage your environment and make it free of distractions. And I'll give you the perfect example. And this is something that I tell my students as well, but this applies to anyone in life. When you're working on something, let's say you're studying for an exam or you're working on something work related. Okay? It doesn't matter

And I would be up all night worrying about something like that. I wouldn't be able to sleep at all because, I don't know, it just seems haphazard to me. But a lot of people do procrastinate, I guess, for different reasons. Maybe they feel that they can't do it and they're just going to wait to the last minute and just do their best at that moment

But if you remember, they had those pills on the market that were over the counter called no dose pills. And I think it was spelled d o Z. And there were caffeinated pills, I mean, tons of caffeine, in those pills. Well, I use those to stay up late at night because coffee just wasn't doing it for me. Even to this day, I could drink coffee and still go to sleep. And over time, I noticed I was getting very irritable
