In Philippians, chapter four, it says do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And it goes on to say that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. There's a blessing in being thankful and praising Him.
