Why are bigger families in Olden days happier than small families today?

And unknowingly we have become a slave to social media and looking at others. Lis we think that is what life is all about and then we try to put that in forward to our life and we become an introvert because we feel we are less enjoying in life or we are not having the opportunities to go around the world

And that is what needs to be brushed, that is what needs to be polished. Instead of just trying to figure out what the other person has got and you start reprimanding yourself somewhere. And these words that you constantly tell yourself that I'm not good enough as compared to this person because he is drawing more attention than me, that is something very self sabotaging. And this is what social media is doing now for all of us. It gives us a kind of a hit

You. Hi. Thank you for bringing up a very important point over here. I agree with most of it, and I disagree with a tiny bit about anxiety. Anxiety has always been a part of my life, of our lives. I've spoken to my grandparents when they were there, and I realized that their anxieties were there. They struggled with anxiety. Just the only biggest difference was then they did not know that they were suffering from anxiety. They didn't have words to articulate that

So this is what I was actually referring to. Whatever that you said is totally true. I myself felt unworthy most of the times because of the social media. And I think, yes, we all need to understand at some point of time, and then it is because of us. The influencers in the social media are called influences. So I think we need to withdraw ourselves slowly. I think every drop in the ocean makes an ocean

Hey Swati, thank you for taking time and reverting back to my post. And yes, I totally agree with you. Comparison actually kills our uniqueness and it actually kills our ability. We forget who we are, we forget our worth, we forget the unique talents that we have. And I think social media is playing a major role about all these things. Unknowingly or knowingly
