And I do believe that being mindful about our emotions, why we are feeling those emotions, and being mindful about our healing journey is extremely important. And that definitely can make a huge difference in terms of our mental health and well being. So I think the tips that this book provides, this chapter provides, I think they can definitely be a game changer
